To assess the real training needs of public sector employees, the project "Support to the National Academy for Public Administration in Professional Development of Public Administration" funded by the European Union provided support to NAPA in determining the training needs of civil servants in 2020 and 2021. The project assisted NAPA in defining the approach, during implementation and in assessing training needs at the central and local levels. The joint work of NAPA and the Project on these activities resulted in the preparation and publication of a Report on the Assessment of Professional Training Needs for Public Administration Employees for 2020 and 2021 on the NAPA website (https://www.napa.gov.rs/tekst/605/analiza-potreba-za-strucnim-usavrsavanjem.php)
